Hi, I’m Pamela Lord! I love teaching violin and piano lessons that make the music learning process fun, engaging, and approachable!

I help students build confidence and reach their goals step by step using clear strategies and personalized guidance. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and goals — from beginners to early advanced players, including children, teens, and adults.

With 20+ years of teaching experience, a BMus in Violin Performance from Berklee College of Music ‘13, ARCT Piano from Royal Conservatory of Music, and an extensive range of performing experience, I can confidently provide a well rounded music education, tailored to your goals and needs!

Students not only learn how to read music, but how to read between the lines and fill in the gaps with dynamic musicality and expression. Preparation for RCM examinations is offered, but not a requirement!

While all lessons are structured around Classical technique and repertoire, students are encouraged to branch out into learning Disney and Pop, Video Game and Film music, Scottish/Celtic fiddle, Chording, Improvisation, Composition and more throughout their studies!

With all lessons being online, I’m able to serve students from all over. While I mostly serve the SDG area, Cornwall Ontario, Alexandria ON, Long Sault ON, Ingleside ON, and Ottawa ON, with online piano lessons and violin lessons, you can study with me from anywhere in the world!
